Building Settlement Monitoring

Robayna and Associates provides building settlement monitoring services in coordination with a licensed geotechnical engineer. This work includes the installation of permanent benchmarks and periodic leveling surveys to detect and document vertical movement in structures over time.

We offer this service for:

• Ongoing monitoring of existing buildings, particularly in areas vulnerable to settlement such as coastal zones

• Evaluating potential impacts to structures when nearby properties begin construction or excavation

• Supporting documentation for risk management, insurance, and engineering assessments

All measurements are analyzed by a State of Florida registered Professional Engineer specializing in geotechnical engineer to determine if any observed movement fall within expected ranges or indicates the need for further action.

We currently provide settlement monitoring services throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.
